How far in advance should I book?

For weddings and large parties we recommend 2 to 3 months of lead time, especially between May and September. Short-notice enquiries are always worth it though: if the date is free, we are happy to come at short notice.

Which area do you cover?

Our home base is Els Poblets near Dénia. As standard we cover events in the Marina Alta and within a radius of around 50 kilometres, for example Dénia, Jávea, Calpe, Ondara and Pedreguer. For longer distances, just ask.

What does soft serve catering cost?

That depends on guest count, duration and travel. After your enquiry you receive a clear package quote without hidden costs. At markets, visitors simply pay per bowl.

What do you need on site?

A level pitch of roughly 5 x 3 metres and a normal power socket (230 V). We do not need water, the cart is self-sufficient.

How many guests can you handle?

From a small garden party to a village fiesta with several hundred visitors. For very large events we calculate machine capacity and service time more generously.

Which flavours do you offer?

Our heart and soul is creamy vanilla soft serve, freshly poured and served in a homemade waffle bowl. The character comes from the sauces and toppings: chocolate, caramel, sprinkles and seasonal extras.

Are there options for guests with allergies?

Our soft serve contains milk, the waffles contain gluten and egg. On request we put together toppings without nuts. Mention allergies when booking and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Can the cart stand on unpaved ground?

Usually yes. The trailer stands as safely on a finca meadow as on a market square, as long as the ground is reasonably level and accessible. When in doubt we will look at the spot together beforehand.

How long do you stay at the event?

As long as you book us. 2 to 4 hours of service are typical. Set-up and pack-down are quick and quiet and will not disturb any part of the programme.

Are you insured and registered?

Yes, we operate as a registered business with the required permits for mobile food sales and carry liability insurance.
