An ice cream cart you do not see every day
With many hours of handiwork we turned an old horse trailer into a mobile soft serve bar: cream white, panelled in wood, flowers on the railing and bar stools with a real saddle. Since spring 2026 La Concha Blanca has been rolling through the Marina Alta, bringing soft serve to wherever people come together.
Whether it is a village fiesta in Els Poblets, the summer market in Gata de Gorgos or a private finca party at sunset: we pour fresh vanilla soft serve, bake our waffle bowls ourselves and take time for every guest.

A short menu, done properly. That is our philosophy.
Fresh vanilla soft serve
Poured creamy and smooth, inspired by the white shell that gives our cart its name. Always fresh, never from the freezer.
Homemade waffle bowls
We bake our waffle baskets ourselves, often on the morning of the event. Crisp, fragrant and the perfect stage for the ice cream.
Sauces and toppings
Chocolate, caramel, colourful sprinkles and more: at the topping counter every bowl becomes a little work of art.

We bring everything: cart, machine, counter, stools and parasol. You only need a parking spot, we take care of the rest.
